Elizabeth Reaser is an American TV, film and theater actor who is best known for her role in films such as The Twilight Saga and series like Greys Anatomy and True Detective. Elizabeth Reaser was raised in and was born in Michigan. She had an interest in acting since she was a child. The high school she attended led her to join the Juilliard School drama division, in which she earned an advanced degree in fine art. The Sopranos was her debut series on television. She went on to play the role of Alice Alden as a character in The Jury Hack Standoff and other popular series. In 2006, when she landed the part in the role of Alice Alden on the 2006 series Saved and her career began to take off. In the following years, she played pivotal characters on Greys Anatomy and The Good Wife. She has also appeared in films like Liberal Arts One and Two as well as the five episodes of The Twilight Saga.

Jessica has always been interested in the television and film industry. Jessica started her modeling career. When an Australian casting director approached models to be auditioned, she was found out she was an actor. The role she was offered was "Kiki," the leading character in Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. Since then she's appeared in small parts as a character in Peter Pan and Aquamarine. Roman Empire was a Netflix original show in which she played Cleopatra. The actress starred as Cleopatra during the second season of Netflix's original series, Roman Empire. Jessica landed a worldwide search to play the leading role in The Outpost. She submitted a tape of herself to producers, which included her performance as well as a tape of her doing MMA. When she asked if she is competent to perform swordfighting, she promptly sent the producers a brief video. After having read the script Jessica knew that the role required weapons instruction, and recorded her first lesson in a class with a trained professional. Jonathan Glassner claims that the stunt team surprised themselves at her skills in the first lesson. This was her first US major role as she has previously appeared in films from Australia. Jessica's mix martial art skills as well as horseback riding capabilities and athletic skills allow her to perform stunts embodying the strong woman character. She has a background in boxing as well as a muay Thai and a mixed martial artist. Jake Stormoen was on the Season 4 set when he encountered a dog that was wandering around. The dog was later discovered to belong to a litter of stray puppies, who had taken housing in the sets. Jessica fostered both puppies.
